This site provides information about our services. Content is offered in good faith and may change without notice. Prices, availability and service descriptions are indicative until confirmed in a written quote.

Estimates are free and given in good faith based on the information you provide. A quote becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and you accept it. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will tell you before proceeding and agree a revised price.

You are responsible for providing safe access at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may charge for the visit.

Tell us as early as you can. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged, because the slot cannot usually be refilled.

If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area at no charge. This is our primary remedy and we would rather use it than argue.

We do not offer carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, handle hazardous materials, or perform work requiring licences or certifications we do not hold. Where a job needs a specialist, we will say so.

Payment terms are set out in your quote or service agreement. Commercial contracts are invoiced according to the agreed schedule.

We carry insurance and bonding appropriate to our work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Tell us in advance about items that are fragile, valuable or should not be handled, and we will work around them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
