How long does the floor need to cure?
Plan on overnight for a strip and wax. We schedule around your closure.
How often should floors be stripped?
Once or twice a year for most commercial floors, with buffing between.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture yes. Heavy fixtures should be cleared beforehand.
Can this be part of a janitorial contract?
Yes, most clients fold it into the annual scope.
