Diamond Star Cleaning Services is owner-led. Maura Turbi sets the standard every clean is measured against, and she is the person accountable when it is not met.

You are handing someone a key to your home or the keys to your building. Everything else — the price, the schedule, the checklist — sits downstream of whether you trust the person behind the company.
Maura built Diamond Star around that. The standards below are not marketing language. They are the conditions she works under, and the ones she holds every cleaner to.

- 01Vetted before the first jobEvery cleaner is background-checked before they set foot in a customer’s space. No exceptions, no probationary shortcuts.
- 02Insured and bondedYour property is protected, and a certificate of insurance is available to any commercial client who asks for one.
- 03We arrive equippedSupplies and equipment come with us. You are not asked to stock anything, and you are not billed for it separately.
- 04The same team where we canOn recurring schedules we keep the same people on your property. They learn the house, and it shows by the third visit.
- 05We say what we do not doNo carpet cleaning, no upholstery cleaning. Where a job needs a specialist, we say so rather than take work we are not set up to do well.
- 06Missed something? We returnTell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the area at no charge. No argument, no invoice.
How we work
Straightforward by design✦
Diamond Star is a service-area business. Our team travels to you — there is no storefront and no walk-in location. We work across Allentown and the surrounding Lehigh Valley, within about 20 miles of the city.
Quotes are free and usually take one short call. For most homes we do not need to visit first — size, condition and how often you want it cleaned is normally enough to price the job honestly.
