Should the unit be empty first?
Yes. We clean far more thoroughly with everything out, and inspections are done on an empty unit.
Will this satisfy my landlord?
We clean to the standard inspections check. If your landlord flags something we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we return.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable. For May and August in the student areas, book two to three weeks out.
Do you do move-in cleaning too?
Yes — same detail, before you unpack.
