On recurring schedules we keep the same team on your property wherever staffing allows. They learn the building, and it shows by the third visit.
Before anyone starts
- Background check completed
- Covered by our insurance and bonding
- Trained on our checklists before working unsupervised
- Uniformed and identifiable at your door
- Briefed on your property’s access and any special instructions
